The price you see advertised is the price you pay, which includes all utilties and high speed internet.All of our managed properties are licenced by Liverpool City Council and we have been registered with Liverpool Student Homes (LSHA3658) for over 20 years. The Area: Smithdown Road
Smithdown Road is the most popular student area in the city, which is situated south of the University campus, with regular bus routes to the university and city center - which are also within walking distance.The area is home to around 7000 students and has two large supermarkets and an ever-increasing number of bars, restaurants.Each year the Smithdown Road Festival brings a huge energy to the area, and there are other events during the year arranged by the individual venues.Enjoying your accomodation will ensure you ge tthe best out of your time and university.
